Founder & Chairman
Dr. Lance McCarthy is the visionary founder and driving force behind The Black Agenda. As a leader committed to social justice, economic empowerment, and political advocacy, Dr. McCarthy has worked tirelessly to create a platform that elevates Black voices and fosters long-term success for Black communities across the nation. His leadership and dedication to dismantling systemic barriers have established The Black Agenda as a powerful advocate for Black excellence and opportunity.

Tasha Williams
Director of Policy and Advocacy
Tasha Williams is at the forefront of The Black Agenda’s advocacy efforts. With an extensive background in policy reform and political strategy, she works tirelessly to ensure that the voices of Black communities are heard at the highest levels of government. Her leadership in organizing strategic policy campaigns, fostering bipartisan dialogues, and advancing legislative change has been pivotal in furthering the organization's goals.

Director of Financial Partnerships
Marcus Allen leads The Black Agenda’s financial partnerships division, bringing together powerful alliances with leading investors, financial institutions, and entrepreneurs. His work focuses on creating sustainable economic opportunities and wealth-building initiatives for Black communities. Marcus has played an instrumental role in securing strategic partnerships, such as those with HNO International and Unicorn Factory, to place Black leadership at the forefront of transformative industries.

Her work with tech firms, military contractors, and digital startups is propelling The Black Agenda's technological alliances into the future.
